1 – First we remove all furniture that is removable and thoroughly vacuum the floors.
2 - Then we use a degreaser that will loosen all the stubborn dirt embedded in the tile and grout.
3 – Next a hand held grout brush is used in all the corners that are hard to reach.
4 – We then use a large grout brush and individually scrub every grout line.
5 – Now it’s time for our floor machine that has a large brush that scrubs your stone, grout and at the same time rinses and extracts all the dirt and grime in the process.
6 – Last step is applying a clear grout sealer to the grout. With the stone their are a few choices on how you want your natural stone to appear, you can have the natural look with just a clear sealer or you can have enhancers applied which will give your stone a satin or a wet look in appearance.
